The location of the hotel is perfect, away from busy streets, and close to the Imperial citadel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were top-notch.

I had an excellent stay at Emm Hotel in Hue. The service was top-notch, with the manager going above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The hotel is not located right in the center of the town, but taxis are cheap and it's easy to explore and get to know the area on foot. Additionally, there were some ongoing construction works near the hotel, which caused some noise disturbance.

Everything was spot on.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. The view from the room was great, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. The hotel was near the beach and the shopping mall, which made it convenient for us to do some sightseeing and shopping.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and we had to call maintenance twice to fix it. The noise from the traffic outside was also a bit disturbing.

The staff were great and helpful. Good breakfast variety. Convenient location near the river. Private driver arranged at a reasonable price.
